Everything, in order

What RIGS is, what happens when you burn, where the $ZEC comes from, and who holds what. If something here disagrees with the app, the app is right and this page is a bug. Please say so.
What this is
RIGS is a mining protocol that pays its holders in $ZEC. You burn $RIGS and receive a machine: a graphics-card mining rig, minted to your wallet as a token you own. That machine earns a share of every distribution the protocol makes, and every distribution settles in Zcash.
There is no mining hardware anywhere. The machines divide a real revenue stream: each one carries a hashrate, and a hashrate is your slice of the pool. A bigger frame is a bigger slice, permanently.
Everything runs on Solana. The catalogue, the odds and the ledger are all on this site, and nothing is behind a login. Payouts settle to a self-custodied Zcash wallet, so the $ZEC is yours the moment it lands.
$RIGS, the token
$RIGS is the token you burn to mint. It is a Pump.fun launch on Solana, and the creator fees Pump.fun pays the token creator are the entire source of the $ZEC that gets distributed. There is no other revenue and no treasury topping it up.
Burning is real burning. The 100,000 $RIGS a mint costs goes to a burn address and is gone. None of it is recycled into the pool, taken as a fee, or held back for the team.
Minting a machine
One burn buys one machine. You do not choose which: the build is drawn at random from all 12 in the catalogue, on the odds printed on every card. The roll is the same every time. There is no pity counter, no streak protection, and no limit on how many you mint.
- 01
Connect a wallet on Solana.
- 02
Approve and burn 100,000 $RIGS. The transaction does the burn and the mint together, so there is no state where the tokens are gone and the machine is not yours.
- 03
The machine appears under My rigs and starts earning at the next distribution.
Odds by series, as the weights work them: NODE 56.3%, RACK 26.8%, FORGE 11.7%, CROWN 5.1%. Within a series the smaller frames are likelier; the exact figure for every build is on its card.
The machines
Four series, three frames each. A series sets how much each card pulls and how rare the build is; the frame size sets how many cards are on it. The two multiply, which is why a CROWN-08 at 1,344 H/s is worth 14× a NODE-02.
| Series | Builds | Cards | Hashrate span | Share of mints |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NODE | 3 | 2–8 | 96–384 H/s | 56.3% |
| RACK | 3 | 2–8 | 144–576 H/s | 26.8% |
| FORGE | 3 | 2–8 | 220–880 H/s | 11.7% |
| CROWN | 3 | 2–8 | 336–1,344 H/s | 5.1% |
Every build in the catalogue is drawn on the home page, and the full specification table is on stats. One of each would be 5.6K H/s.
How payouts work
Pump.fun pays creator fees to the wallet that launched $RIGS. The keeper sweeps that wallet, converts what it collects to $ZEC, and distributes it across every machine in existence, split strictly by hashrate:
your payout = pool × (your hashrate ÷ network hashrate)
That is the whole rule. There is no bonus for holding, no lock-up, no multiplier for minting early, and no way to boost a machine after the fact. A machine earns from the first distribution after it is minted and keeps earning for as long as it exists.
Because the pool is fee revenue, payouts move with how much the token trades. A quiet week is a small pool. Nobody is promising a yield here, and any figure you see on this site is history rather than a forecast. Every distribution is on the ledger, each with the transaction that settled it.
Your payout wallet
$ZEC cannot land on Solana, so payouts need a Zcash address, and that address is yours. The first time you connect, you are offered a wallet: the keys are generated in your browser, the recovery phrase is shown once for you to back up, and the address is linked to your Solana wallet so distributions know where to land.
This is self custody in the literal sense. The phrase is a standard 24-word BIP-39 mnemonic and restores in Zashi, YWallet or Zingo, so your $ZEC is never trapped here. We cannot spend from your wallet and cannot invent a recovery for you if you lose the words.
On My rigs, Manage wallet lets you export the phrase again — only after you sign a message with the Solana wallet that owns it. That signature is the proof of ownership; without it the words stay sealed.
There is nothing to withdraw and no minimum, because the $ZEC was never in an account of ours to begin with. It arrives in your wallet as a Zcash transaction, and it is yours from that moment.
Losing your phrase
Your phrase is your wallet. Lose it and the $ZEC already sent to that wallet is gone with it. We do not hold a spare, support cannot restore it, and no one can recover it for you.
You can still fix everything from here on. Use Manage wallet → re-create payout wallet, and point future distributions at the new address. Your machines are untouched, because they belong to your Solana address and not to the Zcash one. Your old payouts keep pointing at the old address, so your history stays accurate instead of being quietly rewritten.
This is the trade you make by holding your own keys, and it is why the setup screen asks you to confirm you wrote the phrase down instead of ticking a box and moving on.
The keeper
The keeper is the process that makes all of this happen on a timer. Each pass it:
- sweeps creator fees from $RIGS trading on Pump.fun into the creator wallet, as SOL on Solana;
- converts that balance to $ZEC — there is no automatic bridge between Solana and Zcash, so that step is done by ops rather than a robot;
- computes each owner's share by hashrate, sends one Zcash transaction, and records it against every owner with its transaction id.
Collecting is where the automation stops, deliberately. No bridge runs between Solana and Zcash, so turning SOL into $ZEC is done by a person. After conversion, ops credits the pool; the keeper then splits by hashrate and records each owner with the Zcash transaction id. It runs every 10 mins.
Network and contracts
Addresses go here the moment they are deployed, and the site reads them from the same place. If an address is on this page, it is the one the app is using.
Fees and costs
Risks, stated plainly
- The pool can be small. Payouts are creator fees. If the token stops trading, distributions approach zero. A machine is not a bond.
- You alone can recover your wallet. Your payout wallet is generated in your browser. Lose the recovery phrase and the $ZEC in it is unrecoverable, by you or by anyone else. Write the phrase down.
- Minting is random. 56.3% of mints are the entry series. You can burn repeatedly and never see a CROWN.
- Dilution is by design. There is no mint cap, so every machine minted after yours reduces your share of the pool. Ongoing revenue has to grow for a fixed share to hold.
- Programs are new. Treat this as software that has not been battle-tested and size your position accordingly.
FAQ
Can I pick which machine I get?
No. One burn, one random build, on the published odds.
Is there a supply cap?
No. Machines mint until people stop burning, which is why the cards print odds rather than a supply count.
Can I sell a machine?
It is a token on Solana, so yes, wherever such tokens trade. The payout follows the machine, not the person who minted it.
Do machines wear out?
No. A machine earns forever; only its share of the network changes.
Why Zcash?
Because it is the one payout asset that does not publish your balance to everyone who has ever seen your address.
Why can I not see my payout on Solscan?
Payouts are Zcash transactions, not Solana ones. Every row on the ledger links to Blockchair instead.
How do I export my phrase again?
Open My rigs, hit Manage wallet, and approve the signature in your connected Solana wallet. The 24 words appear only after that verify step.
